Inspect at Delivery

• Customers are required to check and inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person.

• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, inform the delivery agent immediately, and we will arrange for an exchange.

Exchange Policy

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact to qualify for an exchange.

Return Policy

• If you wish to return the product for reasons other than damage or defect, you can do so by covering the delivery charge.

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 3 days of delivery.

• Change of mind is not accepted as a valid reason for a return.
